Finding, listing, claiming and reviewing businesses
What is WAN.business and where does it cover?
A directory of Chinese-community businesses in Massachusetts, mainly Greater Boston — home services, restaurants, healthcare, education, legal, auto and more. You can find businesses by category or keyword, read reviews and send quote requests.
Does listing a business cost anything?
No. Submitting and being listed are free. The paid Pro membership affects ranking and presentation, not whether a business can be listed.

Not immediately, and there is no fixed timeframe. Every submission is stored as pending and published only after a person has reviewed it. No account is needed to submit.
Add your business →My business is already listed. How do I claim it?
Use "Claim listing" in the sidebar of your business page. Claiming is free. Once we have verified the claim, you can sign in to manage your details, reply to reviews and see how many people viewed your page.
Who can write a review?
Anyone who is signed in can rate a business from 1 to 5 stars and write a review. Businesses cannot review their own page.
The details on a business page are wrong, or I want the page removed. What do I do?
Use "Not my business / request removal" in the sidebar of that page, pick a reason (wrong details, closed, not my business, etc.) and submit. We check it and act on it. You can also email us.
What happens after I message a business or send a quote request?
A message sent from the sidebar of a business page goes to that business. A request sent from the Get Free Quotes page is passed to up to three Pro members in that category, and we receive it too. Businesses can contact you directly, so leave contact details you can be reached on.
